TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms and conditions are for the safety and comfort of myself and clients. Upon commissioning me, you agree to the following:

Comfort & Boundaries:
I will not provide pieces to support propaganda, adultery, discrimination, marginalization or controversy. Additionally, I do not work with extreme/excessive gore, NSFW, fetishes, or content targeted to cause harm to an individual or group.
Still Image Shooting:
If you have commissioned a still piece (no added rigging and/or animations), you can ask for multiple angles for no additional charge! Simple reshootings are also free.
Communication:
Ask any questions you have about my commissions, I'll provide an answer to the best of my ability. I will keep in touch with the client, and you will be alerted if situations occur that hinder my progress.
Scope of Services:
I will provide services in the field of digital 3D design and 3D illustration, including but not limited to; Pokemon, Fan Pieces, Assets, Furry Characters, and other Miscellaneous works. If you don't see what you're looking for listed, then feel free to enquire!
Fees and Payment Terms:
I will charge a fee for the services provided. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Revisions Policy:
I will provide a certain number of revisions for the commissioned work. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Mesh Revisions may be exempt from a lack of charges depending on complexity.
Cancellation Policy:
I will provide a full refund within 48 hours of the payment if the client cancels the project. The project cannot be cancelled after the mesh has been completed and submitted to the client for review. If the client cancels the project after this time period, I will retain 50% of the payment as compensation.
Sharing and Republishing:
I retain full copyright and ownership rights to all work created for the client. You may use the commissioned piece(s) for their intended purposes, as well as share them with the correct credit. Your commissioned piece may be subject to inclusion in Commission Examples or Portfolio Panels - if this is against your wishes, please say so in the commission process.
Payment Planning:
I can offer flexible payment options to clients, including installment payments, to accommodate varying needs. Payment terms may be negotiated on a per-project basis. However, it is much more preferable that you provide upfront payment as asked. This is not an excuse for a client to attempt to lowball my work; I put a lot of time and effort into these pieces, and they are already priced as fairly as possible.
Termination Clause:
I reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the client fails to meet their payment obligations, engages in unprofessional behavior, or breaches any other terms of the contract. If you terminate the agreement, you may forfeit any rights to the piece(s) created thus far.
Subject To Change:
Prices and Terms of Service are subject to change. If a commission category's price change occurs during the client's commission, any additional funds will not need to be payed.
Intellectual Property Rights:
I retain all rights to the artwork created for the client as a work produced in capacity of a paid service.
Delivery Timelines:
I will make reasonable efforts to deliver the artwork on the agreed-upon timeline. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, I will communicate with the client to renegotiate delays.
Confidentiality Clause:
All information shared during the project, including sketches, ideas, or communication, will be kept confidential by the artist and will not be shared with any third party without the client's permission.

TOONSHADING

There are seven layers in total that are organized as 1 Base Texture Layer, 4 Base Layers, and 2 Special Layers. These layers can be customized extensively via the input of textures, patterns, hues, gradients, and many other formats. All of these layers also respond to custom normal mapping and can be enabled or disabled in any variation according to preference.Fresnel Lighting can be enabled, allowing the simulation of rimlighting and rimshadows, in which the edges of the object brighten or darken in relation to custom inputs provided.Shadow-Matting can also be applied to denote an area of the mesh which will always be within the base shadow. Further customization can be applied to allow highlights to cut areas of shadow around them. The Specular Layer does not affect the base texture negatively, and can be used to make surfaces look glossy or provide the shine of a specific material.
The Highlight Layer can be mixed or blended to achieve a less complete overlay of light.
The Midtone / Texture Layer is the base product before rendering begins.
The Subsurface Scattering Layer has a range dependent on the shadow layers to simulate a life-like subsurface scattering, and a gradient can be applied to fade the scattering into the shadow layer(s) to further the effect.
The Shadow and Deepshadow Layers are subject to the highlighting, and display a soft shadow that is not set at a perfect 0 value like Truedark.
The Truedark Layer provides an option to designate a colored shadow lacking any brightness as a form of 'True Shadow'.
Each layer can individually be customized, including the application of softening/gradients to alter the layers from sharp edges to softer rendering. The variety, quality and complexity displayed in the use of this shader is what you are paying for. This shader is proprietary, which is also why it will not be included in file transfers.

CUSTOM SHADING

Other custom stylized shaders are available, but are made on a per-client basis and therefore will require additional fees.

UV UNWRAPPING

UV unwrapping is a lengthy process based on the complexity of the model desired texturing style. If your model is relatively low-poly, geometric, and doesnt require any unwrapping techniques will only pay the minimum fee.Aspects such as a texture that requires quality seam placement to minimize stretching and conceal seams will increase the fee.Curved high-poly or intricate meshes with complex shape that require time-consuming fine-tuning to avoid stretching will increase the fee.High-poly meshes or low-resolution textures that require UV manipulation techniques such as stacking or stitching to maximise texture space will increase the fee.Unique requirements, such as making UVs that align perfectly with pixels for pixel-perfect texturing, drastically increase the difficulty of all other unwrapping aspects and will proportionally increase the fee.EXAMPLES:
Grimasq (Mask Only) : $10-15 : UV Unwrapping
Ka-buoy : $30 : UV Unwrapping (texture maximizing techniques)
DS : $30 - $50 : UV Unwrapping (Pixel-perfect mapping on simplistic mesh)
Ragnorak Sword = $60 UV Unwrapping (Intricate mesh with stretch issues & pixel-perfect mapping)

COMPOSITING

Basic Compositing Renders, such as blooms, glares and one-step pixelization (as well as other basic color corrections) is free.Advanced Compositing Renders, which requires a multitude of techniques and further expertise, will come with a cost on a client-to-client basis.
